对粗CuSO4提纯实验进行改进,实验中改用甲基橙指示酸度,用其颜色变化来检测Fe3+是否沉淀完全,大大提高了产率和实验效率。对主要杂质Fe3+离子的检验采用722可见分光光度法中的工作曲线。利用热重分析法(TG)对纯硫酸铜结晶水数进行表征。通过系列的实验,学生逐步建立从化学分支学科的结合上解决实际生产问题的能力,科学思维能力和创新意识得到提高,极大地改观了学生对实验的盲从,激发学生实验的兴趣。

Technology improvement of purifying crude copper sulfate was studied.Using methyl orange as indicators,whether the main impure ions Fe3+ was completely precipitated or can not be judged by the color change,which reduced the experiment time,and increase the yield.The impure ions Fe3+ was determined by the technology standard curve of seeable spectrometry.The number of crystal water was investingated by thermogravimetry.Technology consciousness and quality consciousness were intensified by the experiment.Through a series of experiments,the students from the chemical branch established combining ability to solve practical problems in production,scientific thinking ability and innovation consciousness,dramatically transformed the students' blind obedience in the experiment,and arouse students' interests.
