低氧诱导因子1是细胞在低氧条件下产生的具有转录活性的核蛋白,在低氧应答反应中起核心作用,能调节100多种涉及低氧应激下细胞适应和存活的靶基因.近年来,低氧诱导因子1在低氧性肺损伤中的作用也逐渐受到人们的关注.该文就低氧诱导因子1的生物学特点、对靶基因的调节及在低氧性肺损伤中的作用作一综述.

Hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1)is a nucleoprotein with transcriptional activity produced by cells under hypoxic condition,which plays a crucial role in cellular response to stress of hypoxia.HIF-1 modulates the expression of more than 100 genes involved in cellular adaptation and survival under hypoxic stress.In recent years,more attention has been paid to the role of HIF-1 in hypoxic lung injury.This article makes a summary on the biological characteristics of HIF-1 and adjustment to the target genes and its effect on hypoxic lung injury.
