　　目的探讨手术室感染防控小组在手术室护理管理中作用。方法成立手术室感染防控小组，制定小组成员职责和分工，感染防控小组要制定计划，对手术人员进行感染知识培训，定期进行考核与评价；按计划每月对手术室的每个感染防控环节进行质量检查。结果手术室感染防控小组成立后，手术室人员对手术感染理论知识和操作技能均提高（P＜0.05），手术患者切口感染率得到下降（P＜0.05）。结论充分发挥手术室感染防控小组的作用，可以有效地控制手术室切口感染的发生。
　　목적탐토수술실감염방공소조재수술실호리관리중작용。방법성립수술실감염방공소조，제정소조성원직책화분공，감염방공소조요제정계화，대수술인원진행감염지식배훈，정기진행고핵여평개；안계화매월대수술실적매개감염방공배절진행질량검사。결과수술실감염방공소조성립후，수술실인원대수술감염이론지식화조작기능균제고（P＜0.05），수술환자절구감염솔득도하강（P＜0.05）。결론충분발휘수술실감염방공소조적작용，가이유효지공제수술실절구감염적발생。
Objective Discuss the nursing management role of infection prevention and control group in the operating room. Methods Establish operating room infection prevention and control group,formulate team members duties and division of labor,a plan made by the infection prevention and control group,train the operation staff to know more knowledge of infection,assess and evaluate regularly;Implement quality inspection on every infection prevention and control of operating room by the plan monthly.Results After the establishment of the operating room infection prevention and control group,operating room personnel’s theory knowledge and skills on surgical infection are improving (P<0.01). The incision infection rate of patients who underwent surgical decrease (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Give full play to the operating room infection prevention and control group effect,can effectively control the operating room incision infection.
