目的观察蛇伤凉血合剂对青竹蛇咬伤的临床疗效.方法将680例青竹蛇咬伤病人按随机法分为对照组和治疗组各340例,均给予清创、局部封闭、注射抗蝮蛇蛇毒血清及抗生素、速尿等常规治疗;治疗组加服蛇伤凉血合剂.观察比较两组疗效及肿胀消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、局部坏死发生率、肢体功能受限发生率、住院时间等指标.结果两组病人临床疗效、肿胀消退时间、疼痛缓解时间、局部坏死发生率、肢体功能受限发生率、住院时间均有差异(P＜0.05).结论蛇伤凉血合剂对青竹蛇咬伤疗效显著.
목적 관찰사상량혈합제대청죽사교상적림상료효.방법 장680례청죽사교상병인안수궤법분위대조조화치료조각340례,균급여청창、국부봉폐、주사항복사사독혈청급항생소、속뇨등상규치료;치료조가복사상량혈합제.관찰비교량조료효급종창소퇴시간、동통완해시간、국부배사발생솔、지체공능수한발생솔、주원시간등지표.결과 량조병인림상료효、종창소퇴시간、동통완해시간、국부배사발생솔、지체공능수한발생솔、주원시간균유차이(P＜0.05).결론 사상량혈합제대청죽사교상료효현저.
Objective To observe the clinic efficacy of Sheshangliangxue mixture on Bamboo Snake bite.Methods A total of 680 patients with Bamboo Snake bite were randomly and divided into a control group of 340 cases and a treatment group of 340 cases.All the cases were given routine treatments,including debridement,local block therapy,injection of agkistrodon acutus antivenin and antibiotics.The treatment group was treated with Sheshangliangxue mixture in addition.To compare the therapeutic efficacy and the time of clinical symptom disappear etc.Results The clinical efficacy between two groups had significant difference.Conclusions Sheshangliangxue mixture had marked efficacy in treating Bamboo Snake bite.
