以贵州交通职业技术学院为例,根据高职教育的特点,分别从社会需求、职业能力与学生个人意愿三方面分析高职物流人才应该具备的能力,从而确定该校物流管理专业的培养目标,结合学校对培养成本的要求,运用TOPSIS法得到备选方案的优劣排序,选取最优的培养方案。

The article takes Guizhou Polytechnic College of Communications as an example,according to the characteristics of higher vocational education,analyze the needed ability for the vocational logistics personnel from three aspects——social needs,professional ability and students' willingness,to determine the professional training objectives of the school's logistics management.And combining the cost requirements of this school,order the alternatives by TOPSIS method,select the optimal training program.
