用正交试验优化NaOH碱水解牛毛的条件,得出最佳条件为NaOH碱用量6%、水解时间8h、水解温度100℃。再分别用Ca(0H)2和Mg(OH)2两种碱以相同的碱用量在此条件下水解牛毛,比较三种水解液的氨基酸浓度、含氮量、黏度以及相对分子质量的不同,研究它们水解牛毛的差异性。

The hydrolysis conditions for cow hair with sodium hydroxide were optimized by orthogonal test. And the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: a dosage of sodium hydroxide was 6%, hydrolytic time was 8h, hydrolytic temperature was 100℃ .Then alkaline hydrolysis with Ca (OH)2 and Mg(OH)2 respectively were also studied under the same conditions. Their differences in hydrolysis were investigated after determining the amino acid concentration, nitrogen content, viscosity and molecular weight of their hydrolyzate.
