为了研究现有工艺下拖拉机动力输出被动齿轮的疲劳寿命,选取共振式高频疲劳试验机,对随机选取的某一型号拖拉机动力输出齿轮进行弯曲疲劳试验,测得齿轮的疲劳极限载荷和S-N曲线。通过试验取得的数据,为拖拉机齿轮的可靠性设计和寿命评估模型的构建提供依据。
為瞭研究現有工藝下拖拉機動力輸齣被動齒輪的疲勞壽命,選取共振式高頻疲勞試驗機,對隨機選取的某一型號拖拉機動力輸齣齒輪進行彎麯疲勞試驗,測得齒輪的疲勞極限載荷和S-N麯線。通過試驗取得的數據,為拖拉機齒輪的可靠性設計和壽命評估模型的構建提供依據。

In order to investigate the fatigue life of tractor PTO' s passive gear under the actual technics, the fatigue experiments were performed by syntonic high-frequency test-bed. The tractor PTO' s passive gear was selected at random,and the bending fatigue tests were done. The gear' s fatigue life limit and S-N curve were gained. The experimental data can be acted as the data for the tractor gear' s reliable design and the construction of the model for evalu;,ting life.
