以一台高压共轨EGR发动机并装有DOC+POC后处理系统的卡车,进行了2万1千公里的道路耐久试验,分不同阶段和路况考察了DOC+POC系统的对高硫燃油的耐受性、在长期低温运行中的性能、以及大量颗粒物瞬间燃烧等可靠性指标。试验结果表明,装有DOC+POC后处理系统的车辆工作正常,总体排气背压较低,后处理系统没有堵塞和烧毁的情况发生。

A light duty common rail EGR diesel vehicle is equipped with a DOC + POC system and a 21,000 km on - d durability test was conducted. The purposes is to evaluate the system resistance to high sulfur fuel, the long - term performance under low temperature conditions as well as the impact of transient combustion of soot trapped inside the POC. The results show that the DOC + POC system was. operating properly after test. System backpressure is low within an acceptable range. No P0C clogging or damage could be detected after the test.
