开发主题公园之前进行可行性分析是非常必要的。城市大型主题公园的可行性分析最首要的部分就是分析该城市是否具有兴建城市大型主题公园的客观条件。学术界对这方面的研究还比较少。通过综合考察影响主题公园土地利用效益的各要素,利用层次分析法建立了分析该城市是否具有兴建城市大型主题公园的客观条件的数学模型。最后,通过利用该模型对我国的若干有代表性的旅游城市进行了评价,结果与实际情况吻合,表明该模型是合理的。

The theme park project pre-feasibility analysis is particularly important. The foremost part of the analysis is to judge whether the city has objective conditions to build a large-scale theme park. Academic research in this area is still relatively rare. The lack of an objective evaluation method is the main reason that many cities exploit theme parks blindly and lead to inefficient land use. The article uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to build a feasibility of large-scale urban theme park evaluation model" by studying the elements which will impact the efficiency of land use. The model can be used to judge whether the city has objec- tive conditions to exploit a large-scale theme park successfully. Finally, by using this model, we have evaluated a number of China "s representative tourist cities and the results coincide with the actual situation, which shows that the model is reasonable. Com- pared to the evaluation system which is lack of objective weight iudgment basis, the model using analytic hierarchy process to de- termine objective weight is much more reasonable. However, as many data acquisitions are very difficult, the model's evaluation system can use few evaluation factors. Further research should establish more complex evaluation system, adopt more appropriate data.
