Thermoelectric Cooler technology has been widely used in military and civilian refrigeration equipment.Based on theoretical analysis of Thermoelectric Cooler technology and process experimental studies,at the same time,through careful selection of refrigeration and control circuit design to achieve accurate temperature control for refrigeration,this essay aims to trial-produce a kind of device which is implemented on practical small-size clinical medical and household physical cooling device of semiconductor.
