In this paper,college students' mood characteristics in their P.E.Learning are gotten through questionnaire survey.In the P.E.teaching practice,teachers should apply the "strategies of fulfilling needs,respecting differences,motivating emotion and guaranteeing safety",etc.Not only can it improve P.E.teaching quality,but also has positive influence on improving college students' negative mood and cultivating their sound psychology.
