分析了水性木器漆在应用过程中存在的优势与不足,深入探索了水性聚氨酯木器漆开放式有色透明涂饰工艺,同时对干燥后的漆膜与溶剂型聚氨酯木器漆漆膜在硬度、耐磨性、耐干热性、附着力、耐冲击性、耐液性等性能上进行了对比。结果表明：所选水性木器漆漆膜在硬度、耐磨性、耐冲击性方面与溶剂型漆膜差别不大,在耐干热性、附着力、耐液性方面相差较大。
분석료수성목기칠재응용과정중존재적우세여불족,심입탐색료수성취안지목기칠개방식유색투명도식공예,동시대간조후적칠막여용제형취안지목기칠칠막재경도、내마성、내간열성、부착력、내충격성、내액성등성능상진행료대비。결과표명：소선수성목기칠칠막재경도、내마성、내충격성방면여용제형칠막차별불대,재내간열성、부착력、내액성방면상차교대。
The advantages and disadvantages of the waterborne wood coatings in the application were analyzed and the water-borne polyurethane wood paint open colorful transparent painting process was explored,at the same time the hardness,wear resistance,resistance to dry hot properties,adhesion,impact resistance,resistance to liquid performance of the water-borne polyurethane wood paint and solvent-borne polyurethane wood paint film were compared after paint film dry.The results show that the hardness,wear resistance,impact resistance of the waterborne wood coatings film has the same properties as solvent-borne wood paint but large difference in resistance to dry,adhesion,resistance to liquid.
