针对学生以往对实验课兴趣不高,对老师的依赖性强的问题,建立了科研模式的实验课教学方法,让学生自己设计实验,在老师指导下进行科研式的实验研究,在探索中学习知识面,掌握技能。经实践学生的实验操作技能和分析、解决问题的能力以及科研论文写作能力得到良好的训练,激发了学生对科学研究的兴趣。

침대학생이왕대실험과흥취불고,대로사적의뢰성강적문제,건립료과연모식적실험과교학방법,양학생자기설계실험,재로사지도하진행과연식적실험연구,재탐색중학습지식면,장악기능。경실천학생적실험조작기능화분석、해결문제적능력이급과연논문사작능력득도량호적훈련,격발료학생대과학연구적흥취。
The students showed little interesting in experiment course previously, and strongly depended on the fugleman. Based on these reasons, we brought the scientific research mode in the experiment course of microorganism thremmatology. Students designed and carried out the experiment programmed by themselves, and they mastered correlative knowledge and technical ability during the research process. Through practicing, the students' operational capacity improved obviously, the ability of resolving problems and the writing skill of scientific thesis were well trained. Moreover, their interesting to the scientific research aroused.
