选择硝酸-过氧化氧(2.5+1)作为消解体系,对比分析电热板消解、微波消解两种生物样水前处理方法,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)法同时测定人发样中Se、Cr、As、Cd等4种重金属元素含量。以1n.Bi为在线内标校正基体效应。标准曲线线性关系较好(r〉0.9999),元素检出限0.006—0.038μg·L^-1,通过分析人发标准物质得出,微波消解-ICP—MS法是更为理想的发样检测分析方法。

The hair was treated by electric hot plate digestion and microwave digestion with a mixed solution of HNO3 - H2O2 (2.5 + 1 ) and 4 heavy metals in the solution, including Se, Cr, As, Cd were determined by ICP- MS. Matrix effect was corrected with In and Bi as online internal standard. Correlation coefficient was larger than 0. 9999. Detection limits (3s) of the 4 elements were in the range of O. 006 - 0. 038μg·L^-1. The two different methods were used in the analysis of a hair standard reference material ,the results showed that microwave digestion - ICP - MS is a more ideal method for the detection of hair.
