高职教育是一个加工、培养高技能型人才的过程。在这个过程中,核心就是人才培养方案。目前高职人才培养方案存在着人才培养目标模糊,人才需求分析定位不准确,学科型的课程体系、理论与实习实训不融合等问题。为此,高职人才培养方案要优化设计定位,构建人才培养方案框架和模块化课程体系,重构课程内容与教学方法,全面实施＂2＋1＂教学模式。
高職教育是一箇加工、培養高技能型人纔的過程。在這箇過程中,覈心就是人纔培養方案。目前高職人纔培養方案存在著人纔培養目標模糊,人纔需求分析定位不準確,學科型的課程體繫、理論與實習實訓不融閤等問題。為此,高職人纔培養方案要優化設計定位,構建人纔培養方案框架和模塊化課程體繫,重構課程內容與教學方法,全麵實施＂2＋1＂教學模式。
고직교육시일개가공、배양고기능형인재적과정。재저개과정중,핵심취시인재배양방안。목전고직인재배양방안존재착인재배양목표모호,인재수구분석정위불준학,학과형적과정체계、이론여실습실훈불융합등문제。위차,고직인재배양방안요우화설계정위,구건인재배양방안광가화모괴화과정체계,중구과정내용여교학방법,전면실시＂2＋1＂교학모식。
Higher vocational education is the procedure of processing and cultivating high skilled talents.In its process,the core is talents＇ cultivating scheme.At present there exist many problems in higher vocational talents＇ cultivating scheme,such as the ambiguity of talents＇ cultivating goal,the orientation inaccuracy of talents＇ requiring analysis,subject curriculum system,and the fusion of theory and training.Therefore,higher vocational talents＇ cultivating scheme should optimize design orientation,establish talents＇ cultivating scheme frame and module curriculum system,restructure curriculum content and teaching method,and fully carry out ＂2＋1＂ teaching mode.
