以我国数控系统产业为例,对核心元件产业追赶问题进行了探讨。研究发现：在开放条件下,外部技术资源的整合和利用是产业追赶的技术基础,新技术轨道的出现为产业追赶提供了技术机会;结构性多层次的市场是核心元件产业追赶的重要资源,支持国产产品的需求拉动政策是降低市场壁垒的有效手段。
以我國數控繫統產業為例,對覈心元件產業追趕問題進行瞭探討。研究髮現：在開放條件下,外部技術資源的整閤和利用是產業追趕的技術基礎,新技術軌道的齣現為產業追趕提供瞭技術機會;結構性多層次的市場是覈心元件產業追趕的重要資源,支持國產產品的需求拉動政策是降低市場壁壘的有效手段。

Based on the development process of China＇s numerically controlled system industry,this paper discusses the catching-up in key component industry under the open conditions.It finds as follows：under the open conditions,the integration and exploitation of external technological resources are the technological base of catching-up,and new technological trajectory supplies the opportunity for catching-up;the structural market with multi-layer is also one of important resources for the latecomer,and the demand pull policy for domestic product could make the market barrier of catching-up lower.
