This paper puts forward a proper seepage parameter K in Yangzhou area after the research of engineering practice and following the tracks for five years. It verifies the test, which has tested the geological conditions of different areas of the east, the west, the south and the north of Yangzhou. This paper is one of the researches of saving energy and decreasing discharge in building industry.
