以L-乳酸和2-异亚丙基氨基氧基乙醇为原料,经酯化反应合成了L-乳酸[(2-异亚丙基氨基氧基)乙基]酯。实验主要考察了催化剂、带水剂、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等因素的影响,获得了优化的反应条件,L-乳酸酯产率可达83.2%,精酯收率78.5%,产品化学纯度98.5%,ee值99.3%。
以L-乳痠和2-異亞丙基氨基氧基乙醇為原料,經酯化反應閤成瞭L-乳痠[(2-異亞丙基氨基氧基)乙基]酯。實驗主要攷察瞭催化劑、帶水劑、反應時間、原料配比、催化劑用量等因素的影響,穫得瞭優化的反應條件,L-乳痠酯產率可達83.2%,精酯收率78.5%,產品化學純度98.5%,ee值99.3%。

With L-lactic acid and 2-[(isopropylidieneamino)oxy]ethanol,L-lactic acid was esterified to give 2-[(isopropylidieneamino)oxy]ethyl-L-lactate.We processed the conditional test of catalyst,water-taken reagent,reaction time,molar ratio to reactants,catalyst usage and explored a best technical condition,the yield of 2-[(isopropylidieneamino)oxy]ethyl-L-lactate was 83.2 %,the yield of refined ester was 73.2 %~78.5 %,and chemical purity,ee of production was 98.5 %,99.3 %.
