采用随机区组田间试验,以复合肥作基肥,尿素作追肥为对照,腐植酸液肥作基肥和追肥处理进行对比,探讨施用腐植酸液肥对生菜(Lactucasativa)产量和品质的影响.结果表明,与对照相比,以复合肥和腐植酸液肥分别作基肥和追肥处理(T1)、以腐植酸液肥作基肥和追肥处理(T2)、以腐植酸液肥作基肥和腐植酸液肥与微量元素配合作追肥处理(T3)的可溶性糖含量分别增加20.8%、51.5%和88.6%,可溶性蛋白质含量分别增加13.9%、14.1%和38.7%.在等氮、磷、钾养分条件下,腐植酸液肥可显著提高生菜的可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量,改善生菜品质,并且以腐植酸液肥与微量元素配合施用效果最佳.

To study effect of humic acid liquid fertilizer (HALF) on the yield and quality of lettuces (Lactuca sativa), the treatment of chosing HALF as basal and topdressing fertilizers compared with the treatment of chosing compound fertilizer (CF) as basal fertilizer and urea as topdressing ( control), through the random blocks field experiments design. The results indicated that compared with control and combining application of HALF and microelements as topdressing (T1), treatment of CF as basal fertil- izer and HALF as topdressing" ( T1 ), the treatment of HALF as basal fertilizer and topdressing ( T2 ), treatment of HALF as basal fertilizer had soluble sugar contents increasing by 20. 8%, 51.5% and 88.6%, and soluble protein contents by 13.9%, 14. 1%, 38.7%, respectively. Under the same nu- trient supplies, HALF increased soluble sugar and soluble protein contents, improved the quality of lettuces. Among all of the treatments, 33 was best.
