从排风柜面风速分布,测点风速波动等角度出发,采用实验方法研究了柜内不同大小障碍物和站立假人对排风柜性能的影响。实验结果表明:柜内放置面积率较小障碍物1和障碍物2对排风柜性能影响很小;而障碍物3和站立假人使操作口面风速分布明显不均匀,恶化了排风柜的性能;为排风柜的运行管理提供了一定的指导。

Use experiment method to research the effect of different obstacles and dummy, according to the face velocity distribution of fume hood and fluctuation of velocities of measure points. The results show that small scale obstacle 1 and obstacle 2 located in fume hood have little effects on the performance of fume hood; however, large scale obstacle 3 and standing dummy have added the non-uniformity of face velocity distribution, and the performance of fume hood has obviously became worse. The results have provided some significant suggestions for fume hood operation.
