江边拦河闸坝建在深覆盖层上,覆盖层最大深度约达110m.坝基沉降采用两种方法观测,一种是杆式沉降仪,用于监测施工期和运行期沉降;一种是几何水准法,用于监测蓄水前施工期沉降,两种方法互为补充并相互验证.监测成果表明,两种观测方法测值差异较大,其中杆式沉降仪测值较小,在5mm范围内,几何水准法测值较大,最大约0.04m,两种方法有一种可靠性较差.通过监测资料分析及比较设计成果,判断坝基沉降真实情况,并简要叙述测值失真的原因,为类似工程监测设计提供一定的借鉴作用.

The river barrage of Jiangbian Hydropower Station was built on deep overburden layer with max thickness 110 m. Foundation settlement of barrage is monitored by two methods. The settlement gauge rod is used during construction and operation, and the geometric leveling method is used before water storing. Monitoring results show that the measured values obtained from two methods are quite different. Max settlement monitored by geometric leveling method is about 0.04 m. Values obtained by bar type settlement gauge are between 0 - 5mm, far smaller than that obtained by geometric leveling method. Then there is a poor reliability method between those two ways. By monitoring data analysis and comparison of design results, the real situation of foundation settlement is determined, and the reason for distortion of measuring is analyzed. The conclusion of analysis provides some reference for the similar projects.
