用X射线衍射仪检测磷化铝和磷化锌,并对磷化铝和磷化锌粉末进行分析,发现较之传统检测方法,其结果更可靠,操作更简便,且能得到样品的某些晶体参数,是仅有的几个无损分析技术之一。

Aluminium phosphide and zinc phosphide are detected by X-ray diffractometer and the powder of aluminium phoshphide and zinc phosphide is analyzed.Compared with traditional methods,the x-ray diffraction method has many advantages such as simplicity,high precision and reliability and is one of several nondestructive analysis techniques.
