将纯碳纳米管通过浓酸氧化改性,然后通过溶液共混法制备改性碳纳米管/尼龙12复合材料的粉末.红外光谱分析表明,经过酸氧化处理,碳纳米管表面接上了羧基和羟基等极性官能团;光学图像表明改性后的碳纳米管与有机溶剂的相容性和分散性得到较好地改善;热重分析可知碳纳米管的加入提高了材料的热稳定性;力学性能测试显示碳纳米管与尼龙12通过溶液共混法制得的样品抗拉强度比熔融共混法制备的样品提高了3%.
將純碳納米管通過濃痠氧化改性,然後通過溶液共混法製備改性碳納米管/尼龍12複閤材料的粉末.紅外光譜分析錶明,經過痠氧化處理,碳納米管錶麵接上瞭羧基和羥基等極性官能糰;光學圖像錶明改性後的碳納米管與有機溶劑的相容性和分散性得到較好地改善;熱重分析可知碳納米管的加入提高瞭材料的熱穩定性;力學性能測試顯示碳納米管與尼龍12通過溶液共混法製得的樣品抗拉彊度比鎔融共混法製備的樣品提高瞭3%.

The modified carbon nanotubes(CNTs)/nylon 12 composites was prepared by solution blending after the pure carbon nanotubes were oxidized by the concentrated nitric acid.Infrared spectrum of the CNTs after acid oxidation showed that polar functional groups were attached to the surface of CNTs.Optical images showed that compatibility and dispersion of the modified CNTs in organic solvent have been improved.TGA indicated the thermal stability of nylon 12 was improved by adding CNTs.Tensile test showed that the tensile strength of CNTs/nylon 12 by solution blending was 3 % stronger than that of the samples prepared by melt blending.
