轮岗锻炼是培养选拔年轻干部的重要手段和基本途径。搞好轮岗锻炼工作，各级组织要克服认识上的偏见，从干部队伍建设发展的大局出发，为轮岗工作提供坚实的组织保证；要根据年轻干部的成长方向，以提高素质、能力为重点，科学安排锻炼岗位；要加强干部轮岗过程的严格管理。特别对党政正职后备干部的轮岗锻炼要合理安排上升通道必经阶梯，使干部切实在轮岗锻炼中增强才干，提升领导能力和水平。
輪崗鍛煉是培養選拔年輕榦部的重要手段和基本途徑。搞好輪崗鍛煉工作，各級組織要剋服認識上的偏見，從榦部隊伍建設髮展的大跼齣髮，為輪崗工作提供堅實的組織保證；要根據年輕榦部的成長方嚮，以提高素質、能力為重點，科學安排鍛煉崗位；要加彊榦部輪崗過程的嚴格管理。特彆對黨政正職後備榦部的輪崗鍛煉要閤理安排上升通道必經階梯，使榦部切實在輪崗鍛煉中增彊纔榦，提升領導能力和水平。
륜강단련시배양선발년경간부적중요수단화기본도경。고호륜강단련공작，각급조직요극복인식상적편견，종간부대오건설발전적대국출발，위륜강공작제공견실적조직보증；요근거년경간부적성장방향，이제고소질、능력위중점，과학안배단련강위；요가강간부륜강과정적엄격관리。특별대당정정직후비간부적륜강단련요합리안배상승통도필경계제，사간부절실재륜강단련중증강재간，제승령도능력화수평。
Position- in- turn practice is an important measures and basic approach to cultivation and selection of young cadres. Well to do it, organizations of various levels should overcome prejudices of knowledge, start from the overall situation of development of cadre team construction, and provide film ensurence organization for it. We should, ac- cording to the development direction of young cadres, pay special attention to improvement of their quality, scientifically arrangement their practice positions. We should strengthen strict management of the position - in - turn practice. We should especially prepare the essential approach to their promotion reasonably for position - in - turn practice of reserve principal cadres of the Party and government so that the cadres can improve their competence in position - in - turn practice and elevate leading ability and level.
