研究了酶转化淀粉在低温下的粘度、粘度稳定性、粘附性及浆膜性能,利用酶转化淀粉混合浆对涤棉纱进行低温上浆,并测试其浆纱性能。实验结果表明,酶转化淀粉在低温条件下有较低的粘度、较好的流动性及粘度稳定性,对涤棉纱的粘附性较好,浆纱的强伸性能好,耐磨性能优异,毛羽贴伏效果明显。
研究瞭酶轉化澱粉在低溫下的粘度、粘度穩定性、粘附性及漿膜性能,利用酶轉化澱粉混閤漿對滌棉紗進行低溫上漿,併測試其漿紗性能。實驗結果錶明,酶轉化澱粉在低溫條件下有較低的粘度、較好的流動性及粘度穩定性,對滌棉紗的粘附性較好,漿紗的彊伸性能好,耐磨性能優異,毛羽貼伏效果明顯。
연구료매전화정분재저온하적점도、점도은정성、점부성급장막성능,이용매전화정분혼합장대조면사진행저온상장,병측시기장사성능。실험결과표명,매전화정분재저온조건하유교저적점도、교호적류동성급점도은정성,대조면사적점부성교호,장사적강신성능호,내마성능우이,모우첩복효과명현。
The viscosity,viscosity stability,adhesivity and performance of the size film of starch converted by enzyme were recearched under low temperture.The converted starch was used for sizing polyester cotton blended yarn under low temperature,and the sizing performance was tested.The results showed that under the low temperature,the converted starch had lower viscosity,better flowability,and viscosity stability,had better adhesivity for polyester cotton blended yarn,and the sized yarn had good tensile property and good abrasion resistance,the appressed effect of hairiness was very obvious.
