随着高等教育的大众化发展、经济结构战略性调整的推进,就业的结构性矛盾进一步加剧,高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻。大学生就业难已经成为社会关注的焦点问题。本文以武夷学院2010届毕业生就业情况为例,从就业市场需求、学校、用人单位、学生个体等层面进行分析,探索解决问题的途径,为当前高校毕业生就业问题提供参考。
隨著高等教育的大衆化髮展、經濟結構戰略性調整的推進,就業的結構性矛盾進一步加劇,高校畢業生就業形勢日趨嚴峻。大學生就業難已經成為社會關註的焦點問題。本文以武夷學院2010屆畢業生就業情況為例,從就業市場需求、學校、用人單位、學生箇體等層麵進行分析,探索解決問題的途徑,為噹前高校畢業生就業問題提供參攷。

Along with the higher education popularization of development,promote strategic adjustment of the economic structure,the employment structure contradiction further intensifies,College graduates employment situation is getting worse.College students＇ employment difficult has become the focus of attention of the society.In this paper,the Wuyi University class of 2010 graduates＇ employment as an example,in the employment market demand,school,choose and employ persons,individual student level of analysis,and explore the solution of the problem,for the current problems on the employment of college graduates to provide the reference.
