贫困生认定是高校困难学生资助工作中重点和难点，通过分析高校贫困生认定的现状、存在问题，提出合理确定评定标准、构建监督机制、建立贫困生档案、完善沟通制度、加强大学生思想教育等贫困生认定工作的改进措施。以保证资助资源的公平、公正、合理地分配。
貧睏生認定是高校睏難學生資助工作中重點和難點，通過分析高校貧睏生認定的現狀、存在問題，提齣閤理確定評定標準、構建鑑督機製、建立貧睏生檔案、完善溝通製度、加彊大學生思想教育等貧睏生認定工作的改進措施。以保證資助資源的公平、公正、閤理地分配。
빈곤생인정시고교곤난학생자조공작중중점화난점，통과분석고교빈곤생인정적현상、존재문제，제출합리학정평정표준、구건감독궤제、건립빈곤생당안、완선구통제도、가강대학생사상교육등빈곤생인정공작적개진조시。이보증자조자원적공평、공정、합리지분배。
The identification of economically disadvantaged students is the focal as well as the difficult point in the economically disadvantaged student aid program in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the pres- ent situation and the existing problems in the identification mechanism of economically disadvantaged students and proposes measures to improve which include the building of a reasonable evaluation standard, the eon- stn]ction of supervision mechanism, the building of economically disadvantaged students archives, the im- provement of communication system, and the strengthening of the ideological education of students in order to set up a sound student aid system and to ensure a fair, just, and reasonable distribution of funding resources.
