随着知识经济全球化的步伐日益加快，世界各企业向高端、先进、快速方向发展，产品升级换代不断加快，产品技术含量越来越高，企业间竞争变得日趋激烈，知识经济对国民素质和民族创新能力在日益激烈竞争中的作用越来越明显。因此，应高度重视职业教育，构建开放灵活及多元化的职业教育体系，以满足人们不断开发自身潜力的需要。

With the increasing pace of the globalization of knowledge economy, the world enterprises are also advancing fast and aiming high which sees the rapid upgrading of the products and the increasing technical content as well. Moreover, the competition among enterprises is also on the increase. Thus the influences of knowledge economy on the national quality and the national innovation power are more and more manifest. Therefore, in order to satisfy the requirements of exploiting the potentials of human beings, top priority shall be given to the vocational education and the construction of an open, flexible and diversified system.
