主要阐述了装船机皮带系统结构特点,在实际应用中,皮带接口采用硫化冷粘接工艺存在的缺陷,为了适应实际的工作环境,选用硫化热粘接工艺,用以改变在生产中遇到的问题,重点介绍了硫化热粘接的工艺技术,为现场实施做以参考。

This paper mainly expounds the belt system structure characteristics of ship loader.In practical applications,belt interface uses vulcanization cold bonding process.In order to adapt to the defects of actual working environment,vulcanization thermal bonding process is adopted to change the problems in production. The author mainly introduces vulcanization hot bonding process technology,with references for the implementation.
