随着城市基础建设的不断发展与壮大,配电网络设备水平与技术手段也在不断提高。现沧州配网管辖的8座110kV站及8个开闭所通过自动化信息传输已实现调度与变电运行双监控模式。在此种运行状态下,调度员如何通过实时数据状态及变化进行故障判断与甄别,怎样区分故障性质,查找并尽快隔离故障点,迅速缩小停电范围和缩短停电时间,恢复设备及线路的正常运行,将是对调度运行人员自身技术素质的考验。此文针对10kV母线电压监测点三相电压幅值的变化,总结了小电流接地系统的各种故障现象,以此来判断故障类型。重点对10 kV系统单相接地故障进行了分析并制定了相应处理原则。

With the continuous development and expansion of the urban infrastructure,the power distribution network equipment level and the technological means are also enhancing continuously.The eight 110kV resubstations and eight 10kV switching stations managed by Cangzhou distribution network have achieved dual-monitor mode of power dispatch and substation operation through automatic information transfer.Under this kind of running status,how the dispatcher carries on the breakdown judgment and screening through the real-time data condition and the change,differentiates the breakdown nature,searches and isolates the fault point as soon as possible,reduces the scope and time of power cut rapidly,restores the equipment and line's normal operation,will test the dispatcher's technology quality.In view of the three-phase voltage peak-to-peak value's change in the 10kV bus bar voltage test point,this paper summarized the undercurrent earth system so as to judge the diagnosis types.It mainly analyzed the single-phase earth fault in 10kV system and made the corresponding principle of management.
