目的了解福建省地方性氟中毒病区现状。方法按照随机抽样的方法从全省36个地氟病区县抽取2个病区县,做为调查县,测定饮用水氟含量、检查8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率、对16岁及以上成人进行氟骨症普查,并对临床疑似氟骨症患者进行X线拍片。结果水氟含量合格率为94.1%,8-12岁儿童氟斑牙检出率为0%,儿童氟斑牙流行强度为阴性,X线氟骨症检出率0.06%。结论饮水型地方性氟中毒病区实施改水降氟措施效果显著。

목적료해복건성지방성불중독병구현상。방법안조수궤추양적방법종전성36개지불병구현추취2개병구현,주위조사현,측정음용수불함량、검사8~12세인동불반아환병솔、대16세급이상성인진행불골증보사,병대림상의사불골증환자진행X선박편。결과수불함량합격솔위94.1%,8-12세인동불반아검출솔위0%,인동불반아류행강도위음성,X선불골증검출솔0.06%。결론음수형지방성불중독병구실시개수강불조시효과현저。
Objective:To assess the current status of endemic fluorosis areas in Fujian. Methods Using stratified cluster sampling,2 counties were sampled from all 36 endemic fluorosis counties,Drinking water fluoride content was detected in each site,prevalence of dental fluorosis was observed in children aged 8 to 12 years,and skeletal fluorosis census was taken for adults aged 16 or over,moreover,X-ray test was serviced for suspect patient. Results the rate of Drinking water fluoride is 94.1%; children dental fluorosis cases were found and positive rate was 0%; dental fluorosis in Changtai county which scrapped water fluoridation project was higher to close to prevalence but all the other were negative; detection rate of skeletal fluorosis was 0.06% via X-ray. Conclusion Water-improving project is very effective in water-drinking endemic fluorosis areas.
