目的:检测食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中Livin与半胱氨酸蛋白酶-3(Caspase-3)蛋白的表达。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测53例ESCC及53例癌旁正常食管组织中Livin及Caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果:ESCC组织中Livin蛋白的阳性表达率(52.8%)高于癌旁正常食管组织(7.5%,χ2=20.346,P〈0.001),其阳性表达率与ESCC浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P均〈0.05)。ESCC组织中Caspase-3的阳性表达率(39.6%)低于癌旁正常食管组织(83.0%,χ2=16.690,P〈0.001),其阳性表达率与ESCC组织分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P均〈0.05)。ESCC组织中Livin与Caspase-3蛋白的表达负关联(rP=-0.302,P=0.021)。结论:Livin和Caspase-3蛋白参与了ESCC的发生与发展;Livin蛋白可能通过抑制Caspase-3蛋白的活性发挥作用。

목적:검측식관린상세포암(ESCC)조직중Livin여반광안산단백매-3(Caspase-3)단백적표체。방법:채용면역조화SP법검측53례ESCC급53례암방정상식관조직중Livin급Caspase-3단백적표체。결과:ESCC조직중Livin단백적양성표체솔(52.8%)고우암방정상식관조직(7.5%,χ2=20.346,P〈0.001),기양성표체솔여ESCC침윤심도급림파결전이유관(P균〈0.05)。ESCC조직중Caspase-3적양성표체솔(39.6%)저우암방정상식관조직(83.0%,χ2=16.690,P〈0.001),기양성표체솔여ESCC조직분화정도、침윤심도급림파결전이유관(P균〈0.05)。ESCC조직중Livin여Caspase-3단백적표체부관련(rP=-0.302,P=0.021)。결론:Livin화Caspase-3단백삼여료ESCC적발생여발전;Livin단백가능통과억제Caspase-3단백적활성발휘작용。
Aim:To detect the expressions of Livin and Caspase-3 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) tissue.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP staining was used to detect Livin and Caspase-3 expressions in 53 cases of ESCC and 53 cases of normal esophageal tissue.Results:The positive expression rate for Livin was 52.8% in ESCC,which was higher than that (7.5%) in normal mucosa tissue(χ2=20.346,P0.001).The positive expression rate of Livin in ESCC was related with invasion depth and lymph node metastasis(P0.05).The positive expression rate of Caspase-3 was 39.6% in ESCC,which was lower than that(83.0%) in normal mucosa tissue(χ2=16.690,P0.001).The positive expression rate of Caspase-3 was related with invasion depth, lymph node metastasis,and differentiation of ESCC(P0.05).Negative association was found between the expressions of Livin and Caspase-3 in ESCC tissue(rP=-0.302,P=0.021).Conclusion: Livin and Caspase-3 participate in the carcinogenesis and progression of ESCC. Livin may inhibit the activity of Caspase-3 and prohibit cell apoptosis.
