The analysis methods of low and high purity hydrogen were introduced. The analysis methods of hydrogen which purity less than 99.99% contain: explosion, absorption, membrane separation and gas chromatography. The analysis methods of hydrogen which purity more than 99.99% include : TCD gas chromatography which used variable - temperature condensed and the DID (discharge ionization detector) gas chromatography, GC- MS associated application.
