目的研究将微波法运用于提取铜锤草花青素,寻求较为适合的高效方法。方法以测定铜锤草Oxalis corymbosa提取液吸光度反映花青素含量为考察指标,采用正交优化实验考察此方法中的最佳工艺参数,同时与传统工艺进行对比。结论最佳工艺为:选用pH=2的30%乙醇溶液为提取剂,功率500W,提取时间50s,料液比为1g:40ml,2次提取。结论与传统方法相比,微波法具有高效安全、节能省时和设备简单等特点。

Objective Study the microwave method used for extraction of Red Woodsorrel anthocyanin Oxalis corymbosa to find more appropriate and effective ways.Method With the method of determining the absorbance of pink woodsorrel extract anthocyanin content of the indexes reflects the orthogonal experimental as its exploration target.observing and studying the best technology parameter of this method in the method of optimization of the optimal,and compared with the traditional process.Conclusion The best technology conditions are:pH = 2 used 30%ethanol solution as extraction solvent,power 500W,time of extraction 50s,solid-liquid ratio of 1g:40ml,extraction for 2 times。Conclusion Compared with the traditional method,microwave method is efficient and safe,energy-saving and simple equipment,and so on.
