通过对国内外相关文献的研究,讨论了产品设计中用户隐性知识与显性知识的概念和关系,提出了隐性知识外显化转移的外显模型和螺旋模型,分析了口语分析、群体文化学、图解思维、感性工学和意象尺度等外显化方法、技术及其相关研究,以及用户隐性知识与设计知识的映射.最后,针对产品设计与信息技术的整合发展,提出了产品设计中用户隐性知识的研究热点和发展趋势.

Based on the investigations of relevant literatures, the concepts and relationship of user' tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in product design were introduced. The externalization model and gyroidal model of tacit knowledge transfer were put forward. Methodologies and key technologies such as protocol analysis, ethnography,graphic thinking, Kansei engineering, image scale were discussed, and the mapping of user' tacit knowledge and design knowledge was also analyzed. Finally, according to the integrated development of product design and information technology, some highlighted research issues on user' tacit knowledge were presented and the future development trend was outlined.
