目的:研究川芎嗪对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后Bcl-2表达的影响.方法:以线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞的局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,采用免疫印迹、2, 3, 5-氯化三苯四氮唑(TTC)、 H-E染色和神经行为相结合的方法,观测缺血再灌注侧大脑皮质内Bcl-2的表达、脑梗塞体积、脑组织结构及神经功能的变化.结果:与缺血再灌注组(I 2h/R24h)比较,川芎嗪组的Bcl-2表达明显增高,脑梗塞体明显缩小,脑组织的病理损伤和神经异常行为明显减轻.结论:川芎嗪可通过上调Bcl-2的表达,缩小脑梗塞的体积和减轻脑缺血区组织结构的损伤以及明显改善神经症状,对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用.

목적:연구천궁진대대서뇌결혈재관주손상후Bcl-2표체적영향.방법:이선전법제작대서대뇌중동맥조새적국조성뇌결혈재관주모형,채용면역인적、2, 3, 5-록화삼분사담서(TTC)、 H-E염색화신경행위상결합적방법,관측결혈재관주측대뇌피질내Bcl-2적표체、뇌경새체적、뇌조직결구급신경공능적변화.결과:여결혈재관주조(I 2h/R24h)비교,천궁진조적Bcl-2표체명현증고,뇌경새체명현축소,뇌조직적병리손상화신경이상행위명현감경.결론:천궁진가통과상조Bcl-2적표체,축소뇌경새적체적화감경뇌결혈구조직결구적손상이급명현개선신경증상,대뇌결혈재관주손상유보호작용.
Objective: To investigate the effect of tetramethylpyrazine on the expression of Bcl-2 after cerebral ischemic-reperfusion injury. Methods: The focal cerebral ischemic-reperfusion model was established with thread embolism of the middle cerebral artery. Immunohistochemistry, TTC staining, H-E staining and neurological evaluation were used to examine the expression of Bcl-2 in the cerebral cortex, cerebral infarction volume, pathological damage of brain tissue and neurological function disorders. Results: Compared with the ischemic-reperfusion model group (I2h/R24h), the content of Bcl-2 was increased significantly, cerebral infarction volume and neurological function disorders were markedly downregulated, and the pathological damage of brain tissue was attenuated in tetramethyleyrazine treatment group. Conclusion: Tetramethyleyrazine has a neuropretective effect by increasing the expression of Bcl-2, downregulating cerebral infarction volume, attenuating the pathological damage of brain tissue and improving neurological symptoms.
