为提高亚麻的品质,对新疆地区不同生长期的亚麻进行取样,经过预处理后分析不同亚麻的成分、力学性能,并进行红外、衍射等测试,从而得出亚麻品质与生长期的关系.实验结果表明:随着亚麻生长时间的延长,水溶物、果胶、半纤维素的含量逐渐下降,木质素和纤维素的含量不断增加;纤维变得越来越粗,长度不断变长.随着亚麻的生长,纤维强度和模量先上升,而后大概在开花后开始下降,因此,开花期后1周为最佳的生长期.

위제고아마적품질,대신강지구불동생장기적아마진행취양,경과예처리후분석불동아마적성분、역학성능,병진행홍외、연사등측시,종이득출아마품질여생장기적관계.실험결과표명:수착아마생장시간적연장,수용물、과효、반섬유소적함량축점하강,목질소화섬유소적함량불단증가;섬유변득월래월조,장도불단변장.수착아마적생장,섬유강도화모량선상승,이후대개재개화후개시하강,인차,개화기후1주위최가적생장기.
Flax fibers with different growing time in Xinjiang were harvested and studied in order to enhance the quality of flax.The component and mechanical properties were analyzed after these flax were pretreated and infrared and X-ray diffraction were also used in comparisons.The relation between quality and growing time was brought out.The results indicated that components of water soluble substance,pectin arid hemicellulose reduce with growing time increasing,and the trend of components of lignin and cellulose is contrary to that of the former.Fineness and length of fiber increase with growing time prolonging,while tenacity and modulus ascend firstly and then descend,the turning point is blossom.Therefore,one week after blossom is the optimal growing time.
