Bcl-2家族蛋白是目前已知的细胞凋亡中最重要的调控因子,在细胞凋亡通路中起着重要的调节作用.本研究通过把外源bcl-2基因转入栗疫病菌中,采用RT-PCR的方法检测bcl-2基因在栗疫病菌株中的表达情况,对表达bcl-2基因的转化子及野生型的菌株进行病毒传递率和致病性测定.结果表明:表达bcl-2基因的转化子表现出病毒传递率提高、致病性增强等一系列特征.由此可知:bcl-2基因对栗疫病菌细胞凋亡起调节作用,并对病菌的生物学特征有一定影响.

Proteins belonging to the Bcl-2 family are key regulators of apoptosis. Here, bcl-2 gene was transformed into protoplast of Cryphonectria parasitwa and the expression of bcl-2 gene was tested. Further, hypovirus transportation rate of transformants and their hyper virulent to host were also tested. The results indicated that strains expressing the anti-apoptotic Bcl-2 protein could enhance hypovirus transmission rate and were hyper virulent to host. Thus bcl-2 gene also played a regulatory role in apoptosis of C. parasitica and had some infection in the biological characters.
