采用分子印迹技术合成以AM、4-VP为功能单体的系列Asp-MIPs,并利用SEM、IR等技术对MIP进行分析和表征.等温吸附、Scatchard分析对MIP的静态吸附性能及吸附特异性的研究所得平衡解离常数Kd和表观最大吸附常数Qmax数据表明:各MIPs在对底物进行吸附时,均会产生两种不同类的亲和位点.以AM为功能单体可获得吸附性能较好的MIP.
採用分子印跡技術閤成以AM、4-VP為功能單體的繫列Asp-MIPs,併利用SEM、IR等技術對MIP進行分析和錶徵.等溫吸附、Scatchard分析對MIP的靜態吸附性能及吸附特異性的研究所得平衡解離常數Kd和錶觀最大吸附常數Qmax數據錶明:各MIPs在對底物進行吸附時,均會產生兩種不同類的親和位點.以AM為功能單體可穫得吸附性能較好的MIP.

A series of Asp-MIPs taking AM and 4-VP as functional monomer were synthesized with silica-gel as sacrificial materials.The physical and chemical properties of the polymers were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM),IR and Ultraviolet (UV) technology. Adsorption isotherms,static adsorption ability of Asp-MIPs were measured by UV.Equation disassociation constant Kd and apparent max adsorb constant Qmax were determined.There were two different binding sites in MIPs in the process of the adsorption substrate.Asp-MIPs synthesized with silica-gel as sacrificial materials had stronger and better binding ability.
