目的：研究三七总皂苷(PNS)对神经细胞的保护作用。方法：采用原代培养的大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞，观察谷氨酸(500 μmolL-1，8 min)，缺氧5 h再给氧不同时间(0，3，24 h)对细胞的影响以及PNS的作用。结果：PNS 25，50 mgL-1明显减少缺氧/再给氧损伤时细胞内酶的释放，减轻细胞形态学的改变，提高细胞的存活率。对谷氨酸介导的兴奋性毒性，PNS也有一定的拮抗作用。结论：PNS的脑保护作用机制可能与其抗兴奋性毒性和缺氧性损伤的作用有关。
목적：연구삼칠총조감(PNS)대신경세포적보호작용。방법：채용원대배양적대서대뇌피층신경세포，관찰곡안산(500 μmolL-1，8 min)，결양5 h재급양불동시간(0，3，24 h)대세포적영향이급PNS적작용。결과：PNS 25，50 mgL-1명현감소결양/재급양손상시세포내매적석방，감경세포형태학적개변，제고세포적존활솔。대곡안산개도적흥강성독성，PNS야유일정적길항작용。결론：PNS적뇌보호작용궤제가능여기항흥강성독성화결양성손상적작용유관。
OBJECTIVE: To study the neuroprotective effects of saponins of Panax notoginseng (PNS). METHODS: Using primary cultured rat cortical neurons, we observed the influences of PNS on hypoxia (5 h)/ reoxygenation (0, 3, 24 h) and on excitotoxicity of glutamate (500 μmolL-1, 8 min). RESULTS: PNS 25, 50 mgL-1 attenuated neuronal damage during hypoxia/reoxygenation, which was reflected by decrease of enzyme release from cells into culture medium and reduction of changes in cell morphology. PNS, furthermore, prevented neurons from the excitotoxic effect of glutamate. CONCLUSION: The anticerebral ischemia effect of PNS partially contributed to its neuroprotective activities.
