对绿色木霉LH374液体发酵生产植酸酶的条件作了研究,确立了所试因素的最佳组合:碳源为5%葡萄糖,氮源为3%胰蛋白胨和0.3%硝酸铵,金属离子为0.003%Fe2++0.003%Mn2+.每500 mL三角瓶装50 mL培养基,初始pH为6.5,接种量为5%.在最适条件下发酵72 h生成植酸酶的最高产量为2510 U·mL-1,平均产量为2490 U·mL-1.

Optimization of the fermentation medium for maximum phytase production was carried out using a new strain, Trichoderma viride LH374, and the test results were listed as follows: carbon source was 5% glucose, nitrogen source were 3% tryptone and 0.3% NH4NO3, and metallic ion concentration were 0.003% Fe2+ and 0.003% Mn2+. The 500 mL flasks were filled with 50 mL media with pH 6.5 to incubate 72 h, and inoculation amount was 5%. Under optimum condition, Trichoderma viride LH374 was able to yield the maximum phytase activity of 2510 U·mL-1 and the average of 2490 U·mL-1 phytase.
