原 CA6110-2型柴油机曲轴采用 4平衡块结构,在实际应用中存在着许多问题。对产生上述问题的原因加以分析,并在不增加现生产设备及不改变加工方法的前提下,在计算机上进行平衡计算和分析,提出采用 8平衡块结构对其加以改进。实践证明, CA6110ZLA9型柴油机采用 8平衡块曲轴,解决了生产中动平衡困难等问题。

Many problems are existed in original CA6110-2 diesel engine crankshaft in its actual usage due to its 4-balancing-block structure.The paper analyzes the causes involved in above-mentioned problems,based on the prerequisite of no increasement of present production equipment and no change of machining processes,the balancing calculation and analysis are performed by computer,an 8-balancing-block structure is put forward for iproving the crankshaft structure.It is shown by practice that use an 8-balancing-block structure crankshaft in CA6110ZLA9 diesel engine to solve the problems of difficult dynamic bahancing in production.
