目的：以进口尼莫通片为对照，考察国产尼莫地平分散片的药代动力学和相对生物利用度。方法：10名男性健康志愿受试者，随机交叉单剂量口服2种片剂各120mg，采用HPLC法测定血药浓度。结果：经3P87程序处理，国产尼莫地平分散片的Tmax为（0.73±0.06）h，Cmax 为（68.99±8.54）μg/L，t1/2为（1.31±0.46）h，AUC0～t为（152.76±20 .20）（μg*h）/L，相对生物利用度为（97.25±2.36）%。结论：两种制剂具有生物等效性。
목적：이진구니막통편위대조，고찰국산니막지평분 산편 적약대동역학화상대생물이용도。방법：10명남성건강지원수시자， 수궤교차단제량구복2충편제각120mg，채용HPLC법측정혈약농도。결과：경3P87정서처리，국산니막지평분산편적Tmax위（0.73±0.06）h，Cmax 위（68.99±8.54）μg/L，t1/2위（1.31±0.46）h，AUC0～t위（152.76±20 .20）（μg*h）/L，상대생물이용도위（97.25±2.36）%。결론： 량충제제구유생물등효성。
Objective：To study the pharmacokinetics and relative bi oavailability of domestic nimodipine dispersible tablets.Methods:The r andomized,crossover study was conducted in 10 healthy volunteers.After receiving a single 120mg of domestic or imported nimodipine tablet blood drug concentrati on was determined by HPLC.Results:The pharmacokinetic parameters obtai ned were:Tmax=(0.73±0.06)h,Cmax=(68.99±8.54)μg/L，t1/2= (1.31±0.46)h,AUC0～t=(152.76±20.20)(μg*h)/L.The relative bioavaila bility obtained was (97.25±2.36)% in comparison with imported drug.Conclusion:Results obtained showed that domestic and imported nimodipine dispersible tab lets are bioequivalent.
