在天生桥二级水电站Ⅱ级工程的6号机组安装中，项目部加大了管理力度，创造了阶段性集中原则，合理调配人力资源，采用弹性管理手段，施工计划科学，施工组织设计和技术措施切实可行，并运用新技术、新工艺，确保质量体系的认真运作。在整个管理过程中兼顾“成本、质量、安全、时间”四控制，以国内同类型机组安装时间最短、单元工程优良率94.7%的最高纪录，圆满完成国家经贸委和国家电力公司2000年年度投产发电任务。

In the installation of No.6 generating unit of Tianshengqiao Second-cascade Hydropower Station, the Project Department strengthened project management and created the stage centralized principles. It rationally arranged labor resources and adopted elastic management tool, scientific construction plan, and practical construction organization design and technical measures. It also used new technologies and techniques and seriously implemented quality control system. In the whole management process, the cost, quality, safety and time all have been taken into account so that it realized the shortest installation period and 94.7% excellent rate for unit project in the same type projects at home. It successfully completed the power generation task in the year of 2000.
