目的观察慢性丙型肝炎患者在干扰素抗病毒治疗时,对白细胞介素含量的影响。方法对28例以IFN-a作抗病毒治疗的丙肝患者,采用ELISA法进行血清IL-2、IL-4及IL-12检测。结果三者在治疗前的含量分别为14.06±12.63pg/m1、57.89±61.78pg/m1和230.55±420.56pg/m1。治疗结束(第24周)时IL-2测值不变,IL-4测值下降至30.41±40.73pg/m1,IL-12上升至57.89±61.78pg/m1。随访时(第48周)三者恢复至抗病毒治疗前水平。结论采用外源性IFN-a进行抗病毒治疗时,慢性丙型肝炎患者血清IL-4及IL-12等与T淋巴细胞分化发育相关的细胞因子的含量出现一过性改变,这种变化是外源性IFN调节体内T淋巴细胞分化发育的证据之一。

Objective To study the influence of interferon therapy on some of the interleukin levels in sera in patients with chronic HCV infection.Methods Serum interleukin-2 (IL-2),interleukin-4 (IL-4) and interleukin-12 (IL-12) in a group of patients with HCV infection who underwent interferon treatment were dynamically detected using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results The levels of IL-2,IL-4 and IL-12 were 14.06±12.63pg/ml,57.89±61.78pg/ml and 230.55±420.56pg/ml respectively before interferon treatment.By the end of 24 weeks of therapeutic period,the level of IL-12 increased up to 346.92±527.84pg/ml,while the level of IL-4 decresed from 57.89±61.78pg/ml to 30.41±40.73pg/ml.At the following days (at 48th week sinec the therapy had started),all of three interleukins has returned about the same level before anti-virutic treatment.Conclusion During the anti-virus therapy with interferon,there is a transient change for some of interleukins which induced the evolution of T lymphocyte.
