目的:观察大肠癌患者介入治疗前后血清脂蛋白、血脂的变化。方法:对46例大肠癌患者和40例正常人检测血清 TC、TG、 HDL-C、 LDL-C介入治疗前后的改变。结果:介入治疗前大肠癌患者血清 TC和 HDL-C水平明显低于正常组,差异非常显著(P<0.01);介入治疗后大肠癌血清 TC、 HDL-C水平与正常组对照有显著差异( P<0.05),大肠癌恶性程度高则血清 TC和HDL-C水平与正常人的差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清 TC、HDL-C的测定,对大肠癌的分期、预后有指导意义。

목적:관찰대장암환자개입치료전후혈청지단백、혈지적변화。방법:대46례대장암환자화40례정상인검측혈청 TC、TG、 HDL-C、 LDL-C개입치료전후적개변。결과:개입치료전대장암환자혈청 TC화 HDL-C수평명현저우정상조,차이비상현저(P<0.01);개입치료후대장암혈청 TC、 HDL-C수평여정상조대조유현저차이( P<0.05),대장암악성정도고칙혈청 TC화HDL-C수평여정상인적차이유비상현저의의(P<0.01)。결론:혈청 TC、HDL-C적측정,대대장암적분기、예후유지도의의。
Objective:To observe and clearly understand the changes in blood lipid and serum lipoproteins before and after intervention therapy.Method: Serum concentrations of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) were measured in 46 patients with large intestine cancer before and after intervention therapy and in 40 normal subjects for observation of significance of the changes.Results:The serum TC and HDL-C of the patients with large intestine cancer before intervention therapy was 2.62±0.96mmol*L-1 and 0.55±0.45mmol*L-1,respectively,both were significantly lower than that of the normal subjects,4.89±0.95mmol*L-1 for TC and 1.45±0.43mmol*L-1 for HDL-C (P<0.01,all). Although both TC and HDL-C of the patients after intervention therapy was increased,they were still lower than that of the normal subjeets (P<0.05).When data was analyzed correlatively to the malignancy of the cancer,it was found,however,that the higher degree of malignancy was the cancer the lower the TC or HDL-C level could be seen (P<0.01).Conclusion:Determinatins of serum TC and HDL-C is of instructive significance in classification and prognosis of large intestine cancer.
