目的:建立复方氨酚烷胺胶囊溶出度的测定方法。方法:转篮法,采用ODS柱,流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾)=100∶400,检测波长为254 nm。结果:对乙酰氨基酚的线性范围为0.1108~0.7756 μg,回收率为100.7%(RSD=0.50%)。结论:本方法结果准确,可作为该品种溶出度测定的检测方法。

목적:건립복방안분완알효낭용출도적측정방법。방법:전람법,채용ODS주,류동상위V(갑순)∶V(0.05 mol/L린산이경갑)=100∶400,검측파장위254 nm。결과:대을선안기분적선성범위위0.1108~0.7756 μg,회수솔위100.7%(RSD=0.50%)。결론:본방법결과준학,가작위해품충용출도측정적검측방법。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the dissolution of Compound Paracetamol and Amantadine Hydrochloride Capsules. Method: A basket stirring method was applied. ODS column was used ,with the mobile phase of 0.05 mol/L KH2PO4-methanol(40∶10) and detective wavelength of 254 nm. Results:The linear range of paracetamol was 0.1108~0.7756 μg.The average recovery (n=5) was 100.7% (RSD=0.50%). Conclusion:The method is accurate and suitable for the determination of the dissolution of Compound Paracetamoland Amantadine Hydrochloride Capsules.
