在气流磨过程中适量添加分散剂,可促使超细粉粒的分散和及时从需求颗粒度的颗粒表面分离。这不但明显地降低了烧结磁体中的氧含量,而且极大地改善了烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体的微结构和永磁性能。在采用分散剂后,后续的模压成型即使在无严格的防止氧化保护下,利用传统的烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体工艺,我们批量生产出N48档的高性能Nd-Fe-B磁体。

The right amount of disperser added before the jet milling promotes dispersing of excessively fine powders and separating from moderate size of particles. This not only decreases obviously the amount of oxygen in sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets, but also improves greatly their microstructure and magnetic performance. Employing the disperser,we have mass-produced high performance sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets with N48 using a conventional Nd-Fe-B sintered process without strictly protecting against oxidation during the following pressing.
