在对蜂窝夹层结构常见的缺陷/损伤形式、修补方法以及修补时对设备、材料及工艺的要求等进行分析总结的基础上,着重对灌注修补工艺进行了研究。研究表明,采用适当的灌注修补材料如G7A一20,可室温固化,适于操作,密度≤0.8/cm3,剥离强度≥29.4 N/cm、拉离强度≥3.4 MPa;修补后压缩强度和模量恢复原结构设计许用值的80%以上。
在對蜂窩夾層結構常見的缺陷/損傷形式、脩補方法以及脩補時對設備、材料及工藝的要求等進行分析總結的基礎上,著重對灌註脩補工藝進行瞭研究。研究錶明,採用適噹的灌註脩補材料如G7A一20,可室溫固化,適于操作,密度≤0.8/cm3,剝離彊度≥29.4 N/cm、拉離彊度≥3.4 MPa;脩補後壓縮彊度和模量恢複原結構設計許用值的80%以上。

On the basis of analysis and overview of the defects or damage types,repair methods,required equipment and materials as well as its processing for typical honeycomb sandwich structures,more emphases are given on the studies of filling repair process in this paper.It is shown that suitable repair material such as G7A-20 can be with a good operation and can be cured at RT,with a density of no more than 0.8 g/cm3 and tensile strength of more than 3.4 MPa,and as a result more than 80% of design allowable values of compress strength and modulus can be obtained.
