Testosterone Osteoporosis BMC Male
目的探索健康老年男性血清睾酮浓度与骨矿物质含量(BMC)的关系。方法用放免法对364例健康老年男性进行睾酮测定,并用单光子吸收法测定前臂BMC,并用同地区104例健康青年男性作为对照组。结果随年龄增加骨矿含量也相应增加,达峰值后BMC随年龄递减,年龄与BMC之间的相关有统计学意义(P<0.01,r=0.2305),血清睾酮与前臂BMC有明显相关关系(P<0.01,r=0.1675)。结论老年男性骨质疏松的发生、发展与血清睾酮水平密切相关。

목적탐색건강노년남성혈청고동농도여골광물질함량(BMC)적관계。방법용방면법대364례건강노년남성진행고동측정,병용단광자흡수법측정전비BMC,병용동지구104례건강청년남성작위대조조。결과수년령증가골광함량야상응증가,체봉치후BMC수년령체감,년령여BMC지간적상관유통계학의의(P<0.01,r=0.2305),혈청고동여전비BMC유명현상관관계(P<0.01,r=0.1675)。결론노년남성골질소송적발생、발전여혈청고동수평밀절상관。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the concentration of serum testosterone and hone mass(BMC) on the old men. Methods Using RIA to measure the concentration of serum testosterone and using SPA to measure the BMC on 364 healthy old men and 104 younger healthy controls. Results With age increasing,BMC was also increased. After reaching to peak of BMC,BMC was decreased with age. Age was significantly related with BMC(P<0.01, r = -0.2305) .The level of serum testosterone was significantly related with BMC(P<0.01, r=0.1675). Conclusions The occurrence and development of osteoporosis in old men were significantly related to the level of serum testosterone.
